A Unique Fitness Program Designed For Individuals

Our balanced application of skills is tailored to strengthen particular parts of the body without causing imbalances or weakness in other areas. A breath focused approach to aligning body and mind, these simple movement techniques are accessible to all abilities.

Rest & recovery are crucial components of training for all athletes, which is why we offer a variety of stretch & relaxation classes. Yin or restorative in nature, our signature series is both nourishing to the immune system and calming to the nervous system.

Our coach approved “supplemental practice” is for those seeking the athletic advantage; chill-out, unwind, release stress and ease sore muscles after games and post travel. We work with sports teams of all ages from novice to professional and realize that your team and players are unique.

ATHLETIC FLOW

Stretch | Strengthen | Stabilize

Movement powered by breath. Inspired by vinyasa yoga, this 60 minute flow class will have you breathing, moving & sweating. Gain strength, endurance and flexibility while building balance and confidence. This practice is for all levels and will challenge students to create symmetry both physically & energetically.

Rest | Recover | Replenish

Release, relax and replenish in this 60 minute stress reduction series. Our expert coaches are here to guide you through easy breathing and simple shapes, all supported by the wall. This class is meant to bring the student towards a parasympathetic state, allowing the body to rest & digest with out forcing the body in any way.

FLOW & CHILL

Breathe | Balance | Be

The perfect combination of rest & work. 30 minutes of flow and 30 minutes of stretch, a supplemental practice for athletes performing at any level. We begin with breath and movement, build a little heat and then chill out! This alternative practice is a great addition to any fitness regimen, allowing athletes to check in with themselves and fellow teammates.
