Is there a specific way I should prepare or set up before class?

Please have a clear workspace to practice in, free from distractions & obstructions whenever possible. If you are participating in a virtual yoga class, we recommend setting your yoga mat horizontally in front of your device. Enable your video to receive verbal cues to assist you during your practice. Student audio will always be muted until we open up for discussion after class. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and appropriate. Most importantly, please spend 5-10 minutes breathing and/or warming up prior to class.

Why can’t I register for a class?

Please Note: Virtual Class Times are listed in PACIFIC TIME, check links for in person class times & workshops. Simply contact us directly with any questions, or to be placed on “the waitlist” if the class you’re trying to register for is full.

How do I make a reservation if I’m not a member?

Reservations: Please follow the links on this website to reserve your place in a class or workshop, contact us directly with any questions or concerns. Check In: Please arrive 10 minutes before class, students more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted into class without prior permission. Facilities: All facilities carry their own policies, please contact individual venues with questions & be mindful when entering a new space.

How do I become a member?

Please follow the links on this website or visit our membership tab to see available options and pricing. Please note live weekly classes are included in all memberships, contact us directly with any questions or concerns, or if you did not receive a link for your classes.

What should I do if I have medical concerns or injuries?

Medical Concerns: Always set up a private lesson or contact us directly to discuss any concerns, injuries, physical limitations/asymmetries, medical conditions or recent surgeries.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Etiquette & Such -

  • Drink water before & after class

  • Do not eat 1-2 hours before class

  • Remove shoes before entering the classroom/studio space

  • Enter & exit classes quietly, if virtual make sure your audio is off

  • Let the facilitator know if you’re leaving class early/arriving late

  • Do not wear any lotions or perfumes to class

  • Bring/use your own mat/props when ever possible

  • Leave all phones outside of the classroom/space & off

  • Photos, videos & recordings are by permission only

  • Don't be a turd
