The Eight Limbs of Yoga: All Level Yoga Immersion

Working with all the systems of the human body, we begin to explore circulation, digestion, respiration and intuition. This breath focused practice is for grounding, calming and balancing the subtle inner body. Infused with light yogic philosophy on the eight limbs of yoga, this practice is eight simple shapes that encourage rest and relaxation. Travel limb by limb to slow down and observe the body and mind. Classical shapes, safe transitions, simple movements and proper body mechanics. Class is suitable for all abilities.
