Our goal is to become more sensitive to the natural energy within our system and to put it to work more efficiently in our daily lives. Join us for tension releasing breath work followed by light asana and simple tai chi. Experience personal and profound benefits while balancing the yin and yang that is ever present in the human system. Relax and strengthen tendons and ligaments in this breath powered sustainable practice. This workshop begins with centering and pranayama, followed by simple yoga and tai chi and concludes with a silent observation of the mind-body connection. Open to all levels, no experience necessary, bring your own mat, sweatshirt recommended.
