Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Core Work

Core strengthening exercises inspired by Joseph Pilates and yoga postures as taught by B.K.S. Iyengar. The natural expression of breath and movement through traditional postures, fluid movement and core strengthening. Students will navigate the subtleties of the energetic body through transitions, rhythm and breath. Special attention is placed on proper alignment and breathing, with a natural and safe progression of postures. Classical salutations, centering & mindful transitions to build a solid foundation or to take your practice to the next level. An intuitive “vinyasa flow” where students of all abilities are encouraged to explore their own uniquely perfect shapes. Variations of Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutations A & B and Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation.
