Hello Yogis & Fitness Community,

I’ve studied Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar Yoga for over two decades and have graduated from several internationally recognized yoga programs. I’ve had the great privilege of training with several master teachers, including Maty Ezraty (YogaWorks Founder) and Annie Carpenter (SmartFLOW®).

I have 28 years of experience teaching fitness with a focus on breathing, stress reduction, health and wellness. My personal training programs have been primarily in the disciplines of yoga & Pilates, with a concentration on creating a strong spine through core work, posterior chain work, breath work and complimentary relaxation techniques.

My greatest joy has been sharing these practices at many schools and universities, offering instruction to the PEX Department (for credit courses) and specifically with the Athletics Department for school athletes.

My intention is to share the techniques that have inspired and changed my own life- mind, body and soul. I believe that each practitioner requires a personal approach that involves curiosity, investigation, determination and practical application. I love using props of all kinds to support each individual on their personal journey towards finding a balance of effort & ease. I look forward to breathing and moving with you on the mat! In Gratitude~ Jenn
